To ensure fairness and consistency for all participants, the following cancellation policy applies to all program registrations:

Monthly Subscription
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month.
- If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription after payment has been processed for a given month, no refund will be issued for that month's payment.
- Your subscription will be canceled effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for any future months.
- Example: If you paid for July and request cancellation during July, your July payment is non-refundable. However, you will not be billed for August or any subsequent months.

Annual (Full-Year) Package
- The annual package is paid in full upfront at the time of enrollment.
- If you cancel before completing the full program, you will be responsible for payment for all months in which you participated.
- You will receive a refund for the remaining unused months that you did not participate in.
- A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refundable balance to cover administrative and processing costs.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
